What are the Adjuster Exam Prep education requirements for Florida?
Florida adjuster license candidates can receive their 6-20, 7-20, or 70-20 license without taking the Florida state licensing exam by completing the Claims Adjuster Certified Professional (CACP) online designation program from WebCE. After the successful completion of the CACP 40-hour All-Lines Adjuster course, applicants will receive their CACP designation and qualify to receive their Florida All-Lines Adjuster License.

Complete CACP Designation Course
Complete the required Claims Adjuster Certified Professional (CACP) online designation program with exam from WebCE
Apply for your License
Submit your application through
MyProfile.
Make sure you understand and are applying for the correct
Florida license type.
Submit Fingerprinting
Process and submit fingerprints
according to instructions from the Florida Department of Financial Services (FLDFS).
Check Status
Status Notification: Once an application has been submitted, you may check your
MyProfile
account for the status of your application. Deficiencies will be listed under the pending license type.
What are the WebCE Florida Adjuster Exam Prep course requirements?
Applicants are required to complete all of the lessons and pass all end of lesson quizzes with 70% or higher before the online licensing exam can be taken.
The 100 question non-monitored closed-book licensing exam must be taken in less than 120 minutes.
Passing score: 70%
If the final exam is not passed on the first attempt, students have an unlimited number of retakes.

Does WebCE supply a certificate of completion for Florida Adjuster Exam Prep courses?
Online PDF Certificates of completion are available to print immediately after the final exam is passed. The certificate will provide exemptions from the 6-20 FL All Lines Adjuster state exam. The Claims Adjuster Certified Professional (CACP) designation certificate does not expire. The designation is considered life-long designation.
You MUST fill in your Social Security number to validate the certificate. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of your application.
What is the process to obtain a non-resident insurance license in Florida?
Nonresident Agents and Adjusters or Customer Representatives must:
Be licensed and in good standing with in their home state for comparable lines of authority.
Submit a legible set of fingerprints on two cards. Applicants can register, pay for finger-printing and request new fingerprint cards to be mailed to them by calling 1-800-528-1358 or by visiting

What does adjuster licensing reciprocity look like in Florida?
Florida grants reciprocal licenses to adjusters who are licensed in a state that has a reciprocal agreement with Florida. AZ, CA, HI, NM, and NY do not have reciprocal agreements with Florida.
