Furthermore, for purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the phrases “artificial intelligence platform” or “AI platform” include, but are not limited to, ChatGPT, all Amazon AI services, all Google AI services, and all Azure AI services.

Course content shipped in paper book formats or received electronically via the Internet may be displayed or printed for your personal, non-commercial use only. Purchase of a course includes a license for one person to use the course materials for a specified period from the date of shipment or activation. Expiration dates will be indicated on purchase receipts and in the course dashboard page for a student’s account. WebCE may, for cause, terminate your access to any courses that are not completed before their expiration date, as well as terminate access to previously completed course content or other resources after their expiration date. WebCE has the right to terminate an account at any time if WebCE has reason to believe that the user is fraudulently accessing the courses for unauthorized reasons. The phone number 888-268-0689 is the primary phone number used to promote WebCE products and services and to provide customer support through SMS or text messaging communications.  

 

How to opt in 
You may consent to participate in the SMS program by updating your opt-in preference on your customer account profile on any WebCE domain website. Only customers who affirmatively consent to participate in the SMS program will be subscribed to the program. When you opt in to participate in the SMS program, you agree and consent to receive promotional messages and account update messages at the mobile phone number you provide, even if your number is on the national or state do-not-call registry. Messages may be delivered or made using any method, including an automated system. Your participation in the SMS program is not a condition of any purchase. 

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. 

 

How to opt out 
To opt out from our SMS program you may text “STOP” to 888-268-0689 from your mobile phone. You will be unsubscribed from the text program. After that you will receive no more messages for this program unless you opt in again. 

You may also opt out of participation in the SMS program by updating your opt-in preference on your customer account profile on any WebCE domain website.
