Loved the read it to me, very helpful

I was worried with the amount of information required to go over in such a short period of time. The detail and format of the course was excellent and provided information in bits that could be memorized.

Some of the 5 questions at the end of each section pertained to information that came up on the next section that had not been read/studied so that made it a bit frustrating if you missed the question and then had to retake.

This course did help me pass the AZ state licensing exam however, after taking the exam I feel the course could be updated as there were many questions on the Exam that were not addressed either at all or enough in the pre-licensing exam course for AZ, and I believe the course should be updated per the exam outlines per state.

Maybe multi-section tests to make sure we reinforce parts learned in prior sections. Terrible glossary, should be able to hover over terms to see definition. Wording of course often left things ambiguous, would include more examples in order to help clear up any latent confusion on topics. Overall, the whole layout of the course was confusing. Although I can see you were trying to group topics as best as you could, it often leaves a novice having questions in one section that are only answered after reading another section days later. I would suggest trying to find a better way to categorize the course to make the flow more logical to a person new to the insurance world in its entirety.

I retain content better when I can read it, and none of the videos in the course offer Closed Captions. I think that would be helpful, along with study materials like definition lists and maybe flash cards. I had to make all of my own study content through Quizlet.

I thought your material was thorough. The testing and the material made it easy to learn. My only concern is the NC state exam used some different terminology and had a different focus. Whereas I was achieving 90's on the practice exam, I barely passed the state exam. Seems like a gap in the material.

If the voice was changed up in the sections would make it less monotone; changing or rotating from male to female voice would break it up a bit. More videos and if the practice exam had a read-it-to me option.

I would not use a robot voice for reading. It makes it difficult to understand. It was much easier to read.

I found a few grammatical errors in the testing section under the study tutor.

Wish that slowing the speed of the recording sounded like someone just reading at a slower pace not distorted.

The Tutor section was a little confusing for me and the instructions were not very clear.

This was a very practical, down to earth course. Things were outlined beautifully, which made for an easy read.

Practice exams were not as easy to review right and wrong answers until after the practice test and you couldn't easily revert back to the material to overview what you got wrong right then and there and everything I studied from the practice exam was not on the state exam. It was frustrating to use this program and I don't find that it will help other when studying for their exam.

The course study guide and practice exams did not prepare me for the actual exam. A lot of the practice questions are not listed on the actual exam. The read-to-me is very dull and not engaging for learning. The actual exam is much harder than the course and practice questions.

The practice exams assisted in identify areas of opportunity.

The most major improvement is to include a much larger number of unique questions in the simulated/practice exams. I know there are 600+ unique questions, but at some point I felt I was memorizing the text of the questions rather than intaking more information to improve my scores. If the number of individual questions was doubled or more, it would've been more difficult to consistently memorize the answers. Also, the amount of double negative questions and purposely ambiguous answer choices was annoying. I know this is done for the purpose of ensuring careful reading, but it was frustrating at times having to read the same questions and answers twice and thrice through so see if a "not" is hiding in the phrasing. Another couple small changes that could be made to the practice tests would be after clicking "Grade Exam" prompt the test taker to review those questions that they had marked for review during the exam. After confirming they are done reviewing and the test is graded, it would be great if they could view the ones they had marked. Currently the only options for review are "All Questions" and "Incorrect Questions" and so the fact that some had been marked for review is rendered irrelevant after the exam is graded. A smaller change to the actual lessons: I feel like some of the longer lessons (like CGL for example) could be broken into two parts, even if they were to have the same title and be labeled Part I and Part II. After listening to an hour's worth of audio or reading the requisite amount of text that the longer lessons had, 4 questions at the end seemed insufficient and I felt very detached from the beginning portions of those lessons.

There are a multitude of problems with the question pool for quizzes and practice exams. Along with frequent typos, there are many questions where key information is not included, there are multiple correct answers, or the explanation of the right answer does not sufficiently explain it. I have discussed these problems with peers also taking the course, and they experienced the same frustrations.

While the course was helpful, it was nothing like the final exam. The questions on the practice tests were roughly 10% similar to the ones on the prometric exam.

The practice exam questions should resemble and be comparable to the state exam.
