I think instead of the reading it to you option. You should a person that demonstates everything like a live recorded class and people can follow that better.

It's not your fault that this is such a large amount of material, but boy is it a lot lol.

The Information contained in the WebCE products is quite informative, but the interactive questions are not sufficient to prepare you for the NC State Exam. These products are in depth, but do give a false hope when taking the licensing exams. Overall, I enjoyed the program and products.

The "read aloud" feature is amazing.

The practice tests made the information more relevant to me, and made it a lot easier to understand and apply the knowledge.

question wording could use some work, the regurgitation and way questions were written lead to confusion and often failing questions that I had second guessed the correct answer on because of the wording of the question

It had a LOT of information that was organized in a really dense manner so it was hard to understand when studying what was important and what wasn't. It was also just hard to study with how dense it was. The interactives were super helpful as well as the quizzes

I have been using WebCE for the last 5 years. I find it extremely helpful and effective when I need to obtain a license for a certain state. All of the information provided is relevant to the actual state exam.

Loved the practice tests, but maybe split it into separate state/general tests.

Need actual lectures not just quick vids at the end. When you have so much information to read, it is hard to piece where everything fits under. Lectures will help show the "bigger picture" and connect different concepts.

WebCE's exam questions need updating - competitor prep questions were much closer substantively to what appeared on the exam. I don't know if I'd go with WebCE if I needed to prep for this exam again.

The format of the coursework may be able to be organized a little better. The headings and subtitles could be cleaned up to make it easier when searching for a topic to review.

I liked the way the course was organized, I disliked the lack of differentiation.

The only thing I didn't like concerning the course was the monotone voice of the narrator. It was very difficult to stay focused. The course material was very educational and appropriate to my needs.

The online course doesn't always match the book which is confusing.

When I took the exam, many questions I didn't learn the answer to in this course.

An excess of questions all worded differently pertaining to the same thing would be helpful.

Truthfully, I have loved WebCE in the past. I utilize your courses every CE term exclusively and have for years. I have used your courses for pre licensing many times, but this time...this time WebCE was extremely disappointing. In fact, truly you should not be approved to do pre-licensing for P&C in NC. Over half the tests contained questions about materials you did not even cover in the lessons. I had to seek outside material to pass. I finally did pass but it your courses had very little to do with it. I consistently scored in the 70s-80s-90s on your practices tests made in the high 90s the first time on your final exams but I failed my state tests repeatedly. When I did my L&H with you I passed the state the first time, Medicare and LTC was the same, but had it not been for outside materials I fear I would have never passed the P&C. Get your crap together, your reputation is waning.

I’m not a fan of the font of the questions sometimes changing - the font goes from regular and then becomes italic, but then back to regular. Also, there was an instance where I answered a question one way, it was marked wrong, and then I answered it different, and the prior way was correct. Other than that, I think the courses are set up very well - lots of information, the quizzes help refresh the info, and allowing a person to do the course at their own pace is very helpful. I look forward to coming back to complete more courses or renewals!

Highlight what the most important stuff that will be on the exam

Needs to be a bit longer to complete the class. Especially doing 40 hours worth during that time. During the span had a family death which set me back a week also dealt with failing the state exam which set me back another week or two. Finished both classes in time, but was not able to utilize material while studying for second state exam test.

The instructor in the video constantly flips up his words and it can be difficult to try and understand what he meant, or to focus on his intent, because of being focused on how he jumbled his words.

Another thought is that I think it would be really nice to have the read-aloud chapter audio in a more engaging voice. I didn't often use it because I felt it was too monotone and difficult to pay attention to.

I would like a feature of being able to search for a specific topic and be linked to it. I love the breakdown of the exam to see which areas need to be worked on but again finding a way to find away to link the specific info to its place in the course would be beneficial and helpful to the student

The Read to Me audio was very monotone, making it hard to sit and listen through for any length of time. Other than that, the course was well outlined and informative.

It was a great course and helped me a lot but there needs to be some more information about a few things in order to pass the state test. Needs updated but overall a good course.

I really enjoyed the material and how it was set up and presented. However, the study guides and what not were completely off the mark when it came to the NJ tests. I went through the entire 40 hours and then stuck to the guides which didn't even cover majority of the tests. I failed the first time because of this. I passed the second time by reviewing the ENTIRE section of property for that test and then the ENTIRE section of casualty for the next.

The exam simulations were easier than the actual exam and the format and lay out fo questions was not in line with the exam I took with PSI.

I liked that I could study at my own pace and time with this course. The videos at the end of the sections were great, but the ones in the beginning were useless. I also found typos on almost every single section, and the automated voice is terrible. A real person should read it in order for it to be helpful and well-understood. I would not choose to complete a WebCE course again unless these changes were made.

The course it presented in the most boring way possible. More interactive videos are needed. More graphics, more visual learning.. Not everyone can just read words and retain the information. Very boring.

There were typos throughout the program, the video at the end of each lesson was not easy to follow and the clarity on that there were two courses was awful. Also, my certificate of completion did not auto generate and I had to call customer service from the testing center this morning.

The course does not keep my attention.. There is nothing interactive, no presentation of the material. Only reading is not a great way to teach, especially when people have different learning styles. The monotone robotic voiceover is also unbearable. No-one wants to listen to that. Again this was unenjoyable and very difficult to pay attention to.

More questions at the end of each segment would be nice, gives more chance to review. I also think an interactive part for the longer segments would have helped split the monotony of the reading. I did find the videos, near the bottom to be the most helpful on summarizing the contents of that particular segment the best.

Very unreasonably difficult. Many questions does not apply to my particular state. Questions on all exams may or may not apply to information given to study. Many questions given appear to have come from left field. They had nothing to do with info given to cover in preparation for tests/exam.

The course gave you the information you needed but it did an absolute poor job preparing me for the actual exam. Took me four times to pass and did not come close to the state exam. The questions are set up to trick you and does a poor job helping you retain the information. Hey though, you got your money.

The material is much too wordy and in some instances is not clear and concise. The videos at the end of the lessons helped me the most, there needs to be more of him. The videos at the beginning of the lesson were no help and the lady in those sounded mad. The read-a-loud feature is a snooze fest. More examples and scenarios incorporated into the lessons and more of the man in the videos at the end would help. I am a hands on learner so this method of learning was VERY difficult for me.

More videos would be helpful. The man at the end of most of the lessons was very helpful and having more or longer videos like that would help. It is very hard for me to just sit and read all of this VERY wordy material that is sometimes explained in a very round about way. The read aloud is very monotoned and robot -like so I did not use that feature due to it being so boring.

I felt frustrated in the amount of time and questions that were spent trying to trip you up and in some of the videos that expressed what it used to be - we need to know what is current and not confuse the issue

I'm not sure if it is the subject matter, or the way it is presented, but seems a lot of time is spent on deliberately trying to confuse with specific verbiage and the presentation of subject as well as format of questions- i found it very frustrating .

I found the read-it-to-me audio to be difficult to pay attention to at times due to the monotone nature of the voice, it also had some errors as far as pronunciation goes. It may be helpful to have a clearer voiced AI (if not a person) be the audio for these passages, or to have a way to slow/speed up the audio while listening.
