Effective and clear

My only disappointment was that I could not use the audio portion without having an "echo" effect

Use you every time I need my ceu’s and would not think of using any other company!!!

This course was informative and i like the audio on off and pause as it gave me time to stop and read quietly for myself to grasp information and review interactive components of the lessons.

A very good review of things most open-minded funeral directors incorporate into their approach to seniors. The course clarifies what we do and why we do it when engaging with senior customers.

This course should be a continuing education requirement for all funeral directors, and it should be an ABFSE requirement for funeral service students as well!

Since I am already a senior and am in the process of transitioning through semi-retirement to full retirement, the information was helpful both as a funeral director and as someone in the process of transitioning myself.
