The course content was very comprehensive and relatable to the subject that was being discussed. I liked the blend of background information about seniors coupled with the regulatory requirements to help protect seniors.

Great Information

There were typos and poorly worded questions.

Interactive scenarios would likely help with retention of key points. My mother was a victim of financial fraud during her early stage of dementia. This course hits home.

Some of the material was duplicated, but overall a very good, and relevant, course! Thank you!

Way better than the other programs I've used (kitces, reged)

The individuals on the phone were very helpful answering questions about what classes counted towards CE and reviewing previous classes I have taken to make sure they would count.

I am not crazy about the trick questions.

The time is too long for the credit hours. Many courses use 50 minutes for 1 hour of credit. You use around1.25 hours per 1 hour. Maybe these courses require more???

The intermediate questions were very poorly written and in one case, did not have answers for 2 of the potential answers.

I think the website is easy to use and the content of the course was great. I really liked the training, and I would recommend it to others.

The wording of some questions is unnecessary. Stop using double negative and make the statement simple and clear. The objective is to learn not to get confuse or play word games.

The course material repeated itself frequently from one subsection to another

I prefer face to face educational training.

The test question response regarding "Is financial exploitation a secret crime? or is NOT a secret crime? The two choices do not differentiate whether the 'secret crime' is from the point of the perpetrator or from the point of the community, regulators, financial service industry etc. (Either response is correct based on point of view. Please reword the question or responses!

Please continue to add more course. This is the third year of my taking the new IAR required courses and I've taken practically every one that is being offered. I prefer WebCE over other CE institutions. Thank you

This course just did not seem well organized relative to your other courses.

Much of the content was wordy and technical when the concepts under discussion were fundamentally a matter of clear ethical thinking.

I believe I could have taken this exam without reading any of it.

I have a concern NOT related to this course. I noticed you offer a course in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Given the turn of many DEI proponents to anti-Semitism, even if your course is not anti-Semitic, you give credence to such hateful behavior by promoting an ethos which is thoroughly infected with anti-Semitism. Even a cursory review of college campus protests over the Gaza-Israeli conflict supports my concerns. Jettison the DEI program. Have we not learned anything since the Holocaust?

Seemed like there was a lot of repetition of information.

I used WebCE last year. It would be nice if the courses I took last year were shown as having been taken when deciding on this year's courses as we are not allowed to duplicate courses.

It was very long. Hard to maintain necessary concentration.

This course felt very repetitive. I feel like we could have covered the same amount of content using half as many words.

I got all 15 questions correct and only scored a 93! Man, you guys grade tough!
