SureLC/Web CE relationship is hard to navigate on web...username and passwords, being redirected, etc.

I literally taught this stuff for years but its been a while and the refresher wasn't too boring. My clients usually aren't candidates for Medicaid so I'm sure the questions I missed related to those specifics.

I have found over the last 12 to 15 years that WEBCE is the easiest and most convenient way for me to study and receive my needed CE hours

Long term care like most insurance industry products are made complicated by the endless flow of laws and regulations. I would suggest complete standardization of products and thus move the purchase outside the scope of litigation. The cost of litigation and the complexities therefore imposed has to stop at some point and now is a good time. This would make the length of the course shorter.

The examples and scenarios provided in this course were clear and understandable. I also liked that I could refer back to the specific chapter when taking the quiz if I was not sure. Whoever designed this test needs a medal!

When I bought the course, I printed out the entire 57 pages of text, and studied from that. So, when I went to take the exam, I did not know that one had to scroll through the entire course again, and answer all the preliminary questions, etc. That added considerable extra time to the exam. Not a terrible thing, but a lot of time spent on duplicated reading. Thank yyou!

Lots of good information

not obvious this course wasn't more about LTC insurance versus long-term care. Really hard class.

I took the LTC refresher course but it turns out it was not for AZ. Then I had to take it again. Instructions were NOT clear at all.

all was organized and easy to navigate.

The LTC Review course is designed separately for CFP and MD Insurance CE requirements and I paid for two courses separately. However, the course contents, practice exams and the final exam were identical. That is NOT fair!

I found it to be a hard course. But I learned much as I do in all my WEBCE courses. I wouldn't use anyone but YOU!!

I've been using WebCE for years...and am very satisfied with the material, and ease of completion.

#1 is the read to me format. also, It is hugely beneficial to have round the clock service reps. i often have a lot of questions and value that. They are always wonderful.

Missing from this course was any references to the Veterans Benefits, (which sometimes complicate qualification for Medicaid), it might be wise to provide some discussion in the future.

I thought finding the courses for example for LTC was difficult.

The only problem with this course is the amount of time spent on qualifications for Medicaid. Non of my clientele have ever qualified for Medicaid or even needed it.

The audio track sounded very artificial. Phrasing and pauses in delivery were frequently inappropriate. I did not find the audio track helpful. I actually detracted from the course,

Questions asked for the exam could have been a little easier. They didn't match the end of the chapter questions much, and by the time you get to the end of all that studying, it felt like it was necessary to go over the chapter again, thus making it a little more time consuming than necessary. While it is necessary to know what changes came about throughout the years, it is not necessary to memorize them when selling to a client. But how the policies work and what the provision are....that part of the training was great.

I like that the read it to me audio can now be listened to at different speeds. I have trouble focusing on the letters on the screen, so often me reading something myself is very slow. However, when it is being read to me and I can follow along, I can understand the content much better. But some of the narrative is very slow, so being able to speed it up to 1.25 still allows me to understand the verbiage and follow along more quickly so I can better grasp the material and move ahead to the check on learning questions.

The read-to-me option helps to keep me focused and provides another layer of information (audio + visual). The examples in both the written portion and the videos gave good examples that clarified the material. The material and the test questions were well-written and show a demonstration of understanding the material. I have taken other courses that required knowledge of obscure details that the majority of producers would never need to know. I appreciate the practicality.

I felt like the final test questions were not covered thoroughly in the material? That was a very difficult test.

I just wish there was no Exam at the end. But, it was not bad.

You need to correct one of the questions. An indemity LTC benefit is tax free to the greater or the HIPAA per diem in year of claim OR actual qualifying LTC costs incurred. Your curriculum says the tax free amount is limited to HIPAA and that is not entirely correct. Please read U.S. Code § 7702B. Thank you.

One of your practice questions is wrong. Benefit period of 2 years at 150 per day is $109,500. The results came back that this is wrong answer but it is the correct answer.

It doesn't seem to be created by an agent who works and knows what's available today, in 2022 in the LTC marketplace. It's archaic and not timely. Sorry. The balance of questions was way off. Medicare so much...no good reason really.

It would be nice to have more animated / visual for some of this concept.
