The content in this course was extremely helpful as it relates to not just work but what I'm dealing with in my personal life with aging, ill parents. Not only was this course content fantastic, but so is customer service when I called to try and decide which CE courses to take. I love the WebCE team!! :)

The interactive examples and videos

Add medicare gap insurance info, where only Medicare Advantage is listed. Add deeper explanation of those that cover what part A & B don't. Take out all the "dollar example (or key note) ends" phrases at the end of an example or key note and pause before changing subjects.

The Read-it-to-me audio is very helpful for me to absorb learning content. This particular Read-it-to-me audio was a bit distracting though because it read some of the programming out loud (it would say "dollar sign" before "key note" or something similar where there is a small chart). I liked how the sections were in small chunks. If I didn't quite understand something, it was easy enough to start again from the beginning and listen again. I didn't have to search and search for the right spot or listen/read through too much to find the spot where the information was that I needed repeated.

WEBCE is the best. I receive offers from other providers but why would you change when you have the best? It would be good to add aditional videos.

one of the interactives in 4.3 types of hospice care wouldn't work when trying to interact, and the play pause button needs to be positioned at bottom of screen and follow the cursor and time stamps should be displayed at end of each sentence or p;paragraph ending in case pressing the pause button loses the place

I HAVE BEEN WITH WEBCE FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW AND THIS YEAR'S COURSE WAS THE BEST DESIGNED. IT WAS SHORTER BUT VERY EFFICIENT AND NON-REDUNDANT. THE FINAL EXAM WAS NOT EXHAUSTINGLY LONG. THE COURSE WAS SURPRISINGLY WELL DONE!

some of the recordings repeated themselves during the training. You could not understand what they were saying. I didn't have a problem reading the material but for those who prefer the audio they are not able to listen to it.

With a primarily Medicare book of business, this course provided a good refresher plus I learned more about hospice care than I thought I knew.

I liked the way the information was presented and the infromation was very helpful.

I used WebCE for my 2023 license renewal cycle and am using it again for my 2025 cycle as well. I prefer to print off the adobe version of the course, so I can read and highlight important information. Also, if I am interupted, I can pick up where I left off the printed document. When I printed it in 2023, the Practice Questions printed as well. This year, that has not been the case. I think having the practice questions in print was very helpful. I always go back through the course online before I do the exam, and I know the questions are available there....but in print sure helps for study review. I also REALLY appreciate that WEBCE tests mainly on information that agents use in their daily sales practices and doesn't try to confuse, insert trick questions or present questions that require us to learn multiple dates of when government regulations for Medicare products were created. In selling, our customers need us to know what relates to them in real time, not what acts/dates created their benefits many years ago.

I learned several new things. What I loved about this course was that this was written in the clearest way I've ever seen this material presented. I have always had a little confusion as to what is covered or not, etc, and now I have this guide to refer back to.

The website was very difficult to select the correct package desired. The instructions were not clear at all. A tutorial needs to be provided with more step-by-step instructions.

Each course that I have taken with WebCE has been exceptional. I would highly recommend this course of study for anyone wanting to complete their 24 hour CE credits.

As you will notice with each survey - I give the highest of marks and this program is excellent!

I was disappointed in the explanation (or lack thereof) of Medicare Supplement plans. They are quite different than Medicare advantage and I don't think it was explained clearly.
