Some of the questions were not clear as to what context you were pulling from. These were mostly the scenario ones with a bunch of commas. They seemed too open ended.

From the Claims 101 Course, I felt that the amount of information AND the time given for the course minimum were not realistic. I would think that the minimum amount of time would be 2 hours instead of 1 hour and 15 minutes.
The questions and answers are the weakest link in your program: when more than one answer is acceptable, it reduces the quality of the question.
Web CE is the best way to go!!

The content included in this course appears to be skewed by the authors lack of experience. The question are "carrier specific". All carriers do not operate the same way. The quoting of authors (i.e. Plato etc.) and references to multiple works (books), regarding ethics is irelevant. The course is based on the opinions and bias of the the author. This is everything an ethics course should not be.

The automated voice reading the text was frequently incorrect in pronunciation and made sentences hard to follow by the fact the pronunciation of many words was so obviously wrong. A human being reading the text would have been better.

When highlighting red flags, one of the red flags listed was "extensive chiropractic treatment" due to soft-tissue injuries. However, in my experience working in Florida PIP, most auto injuries do end up being mainly soft-tissue and/or with chiropractic treatment being the most likely treatment. I understand this is likely a reference to the fact that chiropractic and soft-tissue injuries are the easiest to misrepresent, however it is not specifically because it is extensive or that it is soft-tissue, but rather that there seems to be no improvement in condition with treatment over time. This line could be reworded to explain better why this could be a red flag, since the wording as it is now comes across as out of touch for how auto injury claims actually present.
I appreciate the courses and customer service provided by Web CE and will continue to use them throughout my years required for CE needs.

The exam itself was very easy 100% on the first try. I found the chapter questions irrelevant on some cases and some did not apply to what was learned. As a claims adjuster of 30 years, I could have done w/out all the chapter questions.

This was a great teach on Ethics. It was just what is needed to help us Adjuster's make sure we do right by the Policyholder, Claimants, and Insurer!
The cutesy names throw me off the main topic I should be focusing on.
My only critique is that I often am on the road for long periods of time and this is an excellent time to listen to the audio content. Problematically, and indeed dangerously, I have to use my phone to switch to the next chapter. This creates a distracted environment. I know that you also occasionally have content quizes, which stall my advancement in reviewing the content. Is there a not safe way around this? Maybe you could provide an app that recognizes that the user is in a car and waive these requirements? I really would love to be able to do this while I drive, but the danger due to distraction gives me pause.
Amazing. Love this format. All text worked GREAT. I dont use video or audio due to the text being perfect for studying and passing the exam. Just focus on the text and you'll have NO PROBLEM!

the earliest parts of the course make repeated, unnecessary references to Christianity, in such a way that makes it seem like the course writer feels Christianity is inherently an ethical religion and all Christians are therefore ethical people. It is inappropriate for a course like this.

For the practice exam questions: some of them are phrased in run on sentences or in a manner that makes them difficult to understand in relation to the course material that you just completed. The final course exam is more matter of fact and straight to the point. I appreciate the questions that have examples, or even questions that are difficult to test your knowledge, but I think they can be formed better so they are easier to understand.

There were 2 questions where they said I made the incorrect answer. If you are denying a claim we are taught to use specific policy language. I am unable to paste the question into the additional comments

I feel questions should not be tricky. Intentionally trying to trip up a student by adding phrases, "which is least likely" is requiring the student to have test taking skills and detracts from what the course is teaching. Some Example test questions in the modules are worded in such way as they can be taken in different ways, resulting on wrong "answers" - Ex. Question about First Notice of Loss vs. Documentation: the background info in the question leads one to believe the First Notice had already been reported.
The audio could use some improvement to be more easily understood. For example, the written text frequently contains a number of days in the following format "thirty (30) days" and the audio reads this every time as "thirty thirty days". As a side note, there are also a few typos within the text.
Some sentences were incomplete and gtrammar was incorrect at times.
The Course Material was helpful and insightful.

I really liked this course. It was well written and very informative. I work in IT for a claims department and taking this course really helped bridge a lot of the gaps I was having. One critique of the course: the read-to-me audio is pretty bad. The computer voice is challenging to follow. I ultimately just paused it and read each page myself. It would be nice to have a more natural voice reading it to me so I could listen to it while working around the house or something.

It would be very helpful to have a mixture of tools to meet the learning goals, to include videos, interactives etc. I found the material was overwhelming in content and at times hard to follow even with the audio.
I dis like that the same questions were asked, and the same slides were shown between a few of my courses. Very redundant felt like I was wasting time, listening to the same audio.
I didn't care for the answer in one of the questions was about a "beer hall.' Alcohol references don't belong in this course.
The course makes it very clear Ethics is very important to the insurance business and the adjuster!

27 years of taking Ethics, the quizzes are now deliberately written to be very difficult. Search feature is almost useless as all multiple-choice answers are within the searched chapter and have no clear-cut choice that matches the question being asked.

The Read-it-to-me audio was much needed this year because I am starting to have some memory and concentration issues from a medical condition. As a seasoned claim professional, I am knowledgeable and able to make educated guesses, but new information is difficult to retain.
As a property / causality public adjuster, I do not see the need for all the auto insurance questions. We do not perform in that arena.
I feel the auto reader has no personaity and can be hard to follow at times.

Course was way too expansive for 6 hours credit.
We need more credits geared towards what we actually do. I am a WC adjuster and not a liability adjuster. We need specific courses per adjuster. Not all Adjusters are liability adjusters and NM seems to only geared towards liability and not WC.
Easy to follow
Would be easier to understand the questions if they were more concise and to the point. Also would be easier to understand the questions if you kept the names of the people the same instead of naming the adjusters, insurances, and claimants all different names.
Some of the longer sections were harder to focus on because they were long bits of information being read without anything to break up the information.
These ethics course requirements seem overly complex and with several sections that didn't seem to apply to ethics at all (i.e. claim reporting process). I've done this job nearly 23 years and still much of this seems like word-salad nonsense.

In the practice questions for chapter 6, question #3 pertains to a liability claim scenario. One of the options asks if the "insured's" damage resulted from the policyholder's actions. Shouldn't the question refer to the "third-party claimant's" damage?

The course material was fine, but I am not sure why it was necessary to mention Black Lives Matter or ESG. Depending on what side of the aisle you are on this could be inflammatory or praised. I just don't see a need for either in this material.
You can look at the videos or just take exam, is a really good feature.
I appreciate that you provide Continuing Education Packages. The package I chose provided everything that was required to renew my Insurance Adjuster License. This made it easier for me than picking out the courses myself.

the questions in these exams need to be reviewed and reworded. the structure of the sentences and the punctuation was incorrect so it made reading and comprehension difficult.
The audio portion of the curse was very monotone, and I feel that some lessons can be shortened a bit. Some of them were rather lengthy and I feel that by cutting the lesson in smaller segments might work better.

I have been using WEBCE for about 10 years and it never disappoints me. All material and content is great.
This CE site is the only site I will use. My company pays for us employees to get our CE's if we use their specified site but I choose to still use WEBCE even if I have to pay out of my pocket.
The course is for 3 hours of ethics but takes 4 to 5 hours to complete.
Some of the questions, particularly in the quizzes, are not clearly worded and can be answered more than one way. The narrator voice is robotic/hypnotic

The only thing I wasn't pleased about was the below practice question & answer. Compared to the veriage in the content, it was very confusing and seemed not to quite line up with the content around this topic; for example, the answer I selected (letter a) used some of the same language as the content did for this definition (like "Suggested wording"); yet the answer that was supposedly correct had differing language & didn't seem to define the term Model Regulation compared to how the content described it. See below: 1. The NAIC provides the suggested wording for regulations that state insurance departments to use to administer a law that follows the wording of the NAIC's sample law. This suggested wording is known as a(n) a. model law. This answer is incorrect. The correct answer is "B. model regulation." A model regulation, which will be enforced by regulators in the state's insurance department, is a draft regulation that may be implemented if the state legislature passes the related NAIC model law. b. model regulation c. unfair claims practice. d. unfair trade practice

There are a lot of questions where there are multiple answers that are correct. Just one is more correct than one answer and that can cause confusion.

Some question are valid but most of the questions have multiple answers you can choose from. There so be one clear choice in the answer to choose from.
The course material was very interesting and informative. It would be nice to see more diverse insurance topics offered, including those on ethics, as a lot of the course material is the same or very similar from year to year. Topics on OCP, Professional Liability, Surety's, Builders Risk, would be appreciated. Also, more monitor-free classes would be helpful.

Some questions used confusing language. They did present in basic, everyday language but when attempting to determine the technical answers, the plane language sometimes obfuscated the actual issue.
The 60 minute password to confirm identity continuously popped on screen and made it difficult to complete the course.
This particular course required one to remember the various deadlines associated with responding to a claim, etc., so it required a little more attention to that type of detail than expected. I am taking other WEBCE classes; however, there aren't enough monitor-free classes and the course topics need to be broadened as many of the same classes are offered from year to year.
Really liked the feature for Stopping me from completing the "Grade Exam" because i had 1 unanswered question. Life Saver for sure!
Lot of the material was redundant , showing in several chapters. Format needs to be revised so that topics are grouped appropriately. Practice questions need to reflect more of how to interpret real world processes to help understand what and how and why claim process help make the correct assessment and closing of a claim.

I really don't care for all the biblical references in regard to ethics. I don't put much stock in bronze age mythology to support ethics and good behavior.
I would suggest that you not use examples of organization (i.e. BLM) that have been proved to be organization who engage in illegal activities when using examples of ethical organization.
Block of text - can be difficult to keep track of where the audio is at in the text. Visuals or Interactive components would help with breaking up text and facilitating comprehension

The attempt of tricking or using verbiage in the test questions that isn't contained in the training is frustrating. I got one question wrong for simply stating I would follow up with the lab before contacting the customer instead of answering that I would tell the customer I haven't received the report. There is nothing wrong with going above and beyond and that question is ridiculous as the answer is based upon personal interpretation on our daily work habits.

Every year I recommend that FEMA/NFIP use WebCe for the annual renewal of my NFIP flood adjuster certificate in the course survey. I don't understand why they make us sit through a 6 hour presentation that teaches nothing and tests nothing.

Great content. Doing cute and clever names in the test is distracting. Example using Abraham Lincoln's name to describe a guy named Abraham is driving a Lincoln. Or... The name Anne Adjuster (Adjuster as the last name) I had to re-read the question 10 times over because it was confusing and had nothing to do with the content. Simple "Bob Smith" and "Mary's" would be great.

A lot of content seems to just be filling space. Explaining different regions of the country to describe how an organization may have geographical departments? And the final exam asking about coverage to a Henway? RIDICULOUS. A Henway is a joke; while humor is important, it should not be used to "stump" the reader. The lesson also used slang like "stump" that is to say stupefy the reader.
The audio version to the course was effective and helpful. Including the link to assist in reviewing the questions during the exams had been helpful. Adding a search engine would have been helpful but not needed.
I was a bit hesitant that this test satisfies my requirements as a Public Adjuster. Also, several typos in the exam!

Some of the final exam questions had funny multiple choice answers. It was obvious what the correct choice would be but it actually spurred me to read the question and answers a couple of times just to have a laugh. Genius.

This course was very helpful and interesting. The content applies to all types of claims, which made it relevant to me, as I work in marine claims (which was only 1% of the license training materials). The content put my role in perspective.

I tried to use the voice audio for part of the course but whatever AI your program uses made this information even harder to follow along with because their voice was so monotone. The information you gave during the course was important for new adjusters but the way you presented it (ie no visuals and awful AI voice) made this course difficult to follow along with)

I did not like the use of odd terms or items like ”Henway” without a brief description of what this is. I found this distracting and not relevant to the question.

These courses appear to be designed the cheapest way possible, using a robotic voice with little-to-no inflection or pause for parentheses and other areas one would expect a brief pause. The content consists of blocks of text - nothing more. As a person who does not absorb information via lecture, I get the bare minimum from these courses.
Like that for a small addition fee, the CE is reported to appropriate state agencies.
Please include some visuals or video or SOMETHING to break up the monotony of walls of text.

The audio being read aloud needs to be an actual person, the digital voice was difficult to follow along due to spacing between paragraphs and sentences were not natural pauses and would also read some numbers in the qoute's twice.
The material is rather dry. I feel something more interactive would be more beneficial.
In the section 'evaluation of a 3rd party bodily injury claim', Florida is no longer a pure comparative state. We switched to 50/50 in March 2023.

A required survey completion just to be able to print a certificate that should be provided. How accurate do you think the survey will be when it is forced?

The manner in which the chapters were arranged and limited to the specific subject was extremely helpful to my comprehension of the material. This reduced lengthy chapters, which can be tiring and a source of distraction. I appreciated if the chapter had only five sentences related to the subject matter, it made of an easy read and a "get to the point" fashion of teaching and better absorbed by my brain.

This course was very confusing and had a lot of questions that were not on reading material.
I thought the course was very well laid out and informative.
Some of the subject matters were very lengthy (wordy) and would have liked to see interactive videos or have this in a ppt format rather than all of the reading......
Some of the questions were a bit deceptive. For example, the NAIC Model ACT is always referred to as such- including in this course, but when the question is asked, it asks whether it is the "model law" or "model regulation."
I think it would be nice to have different voices for the read it to me audio so it is not so monotonous.

Once again the course material was concise and easy to understand and learn .
Some of the questions were very long. I've held my license for 20+ years and as an experienced adjuster some of these questions were worded in a way to almost trick you. Almost as if you had so much verbiage, I had to figure out who you were talking about.
There were several grammatical, spelling, and other errors in the text that made understanding difficult.
The read to me option is great, just with the voice had a bit more flection in it, no so mono tone.
The course material was very good. However, there were many words, not insurance terms, used that I needed to look up for their meaning to understand the context. The author has a wide variety in vocabulary, however, those reading this might not have the same vocabulary and might not understand what is being said nor wish to look up the meanings of the words used as I did.

Although a banner populated saying I didn't answer questions I read quickly and still hit enter, the system should not allow a person to advance until they've at least attempted to answer the question, in other words create a fail safe so the person at least has to attempt at answering. How I skipped over 2 questions is beyond me and the only 2 I missed because I didn't answer them.

On Chapter 6 practice question #3, I chose the incorrect answer, as answer A states: Did the insured's damages result directly from the policyholder's actions? I believe "insured's" should be replaced with "claimant's" damages, as the question relates to a 3P liability claim, not a 1P insured claim.

I would say only about 20% of the questions on the test had anything at all to do with ethics. The rest were all about the claims process, which again, has nothing to do with ethics.
A more personable read-it-to-me audio. Also add some videos to make the course more interactive as opposed to just seeing words on a screen. Videos help deliver the message in a more memorable way.

Some of your wording is out of place. Example: 'would the claims adjuster most likely' you have "the would claims adjuster most likely". That's just an example but there are several errors like that throughout the study.

Being in a position with responsibilities involving new adjuster training, the organized format of the BASICS is a grounding review for covering essentials in a progressive and logical format. I am reminded to introduce knowledge bases before progressing to more complex issues. I would recommend this course to any adjuster new to claims role or moving forward in a career path to greater responsibility.
I honestly was surprised how easy the test questions were. Obviously Colby the cheesehead isn't benefiting at work from learning the local beer halls but I certainly hope he does.

I have used WebCE for several years when it comes to CE credits. The material, ease of use and educational aspect is important to me as an adjuster and challenges me to continue to learn laws, procedures that affect my position as a Commercial Claims adjuster.

In discussion of the customer fall claim the review of the damages indicated 8 weeks of treatment before the doctor's release to return to work, but the lost wages calculation was for only 6 weeks. There are some grammatical error in the final exam questions.

Please, have an actual human read the content instead of the computer-generated voice that is extremely boring and annoying.
Chapter 2, Question 4, is poorly worded and the choices A-D incorrect. The question is asking when a final payment can be placed on a check. The correct answer in the book is “C” which states: “The check is for the amount shown in the policy as the limit of insurance.” This may be or may not be true. Often, final payment is may below the policy limits. Although I selected “B” as the best answer since that occurs more often than “C,” I believe the choices are poor and a better selection should have been made. This tells me that the writer is quite inexperienced in claims adjusting. Chapter 4, Question 5, Answer B is clearly wrong. The best answer is “D.” The question concerns contacting the claimant on first notice. “B” indicates that the claimant take photos of the intersection. This is not common unless the adjuster is way out of the community. The job of the adjuster is to conduct the investigation. The insured or claimant does not conduct an investigation. If the claimant was injured while taking photos, he/she could get a lawyer to sue the adjuster/insurer as an agent of the company. “D” is the best answer. Chapter 5, Question 3, poses a scenario that is partially incorrect. In the question the adjuster will be “making sure that she understands the medical terms, diagnosis, and treatment plan.” Again, this could not have been written by an experienced claims adjuster. It is up to the provider to ensure the patient is aware of the medical terms, diagnosis and treatment plan. Adjusters do not and should not be doing that. Perhaps the question could have been phrased differently by indicating it is a Workers’ Comp claim where the adjuster may be more involved with the injured party. Unless otherwise stated, I interpret all questions as non-WC claims. Chapter 8, Question 1, Answer “A” is clearly wrong. The correct answer is “C.” The question asks about verifying replacement cost. Answer “A” indicates evaluating the facts and information. Answer “C” discusses “Establishing a documented value for claims resolution. This is the correct answer to the question being posed. In Question “22” of the test, I found significant grammatical errors. “Felicity recently handled two separate dog-bite claims in which a teen-aged boy from a neighboring household was injured. Investigation in both cases revealed that the boys had been taunting the dogs, which finally responded, and she successfully denied both claims. She just been assigned another dog-bite claim involving an injured teenager. She assumes it will have a similar outcome. Which reaction by Felicity would be most appropriate?” “which finally responded,” seems to be an incomplete phrase having nothing to do with the predicate. “She just been assigned” is poor grammar. Should be “She had just been assigned”

The time listed as having to complete seems longer than necessary. I understand the credit hours, however, some of the required time in the section was longer than necessary. On a case by case basis I can see where some many need more time and others less, however it feels wasteful to have to wait a clock out so you can proceed with the next section/tests. Some of the vocabulary can be simplified or dumbed-down so that learners can focus on grasping the content and not have to fumble for definitions (example words: aldroit, promulgating).
For property adjuster testing I'd suggest more property damage claim scenarios.
It could be less dry. The material is not very engaging, or exciting to use.
I really enjoyed this course and will look for additional courses that will add to my understanding of laws / regulations as they relate to claims adjustment.
I was a bit surprised with all the references to Christianity and God in the beginning of the course. Do those who do not believe in God (or at least the Christian God) not have ethics?

In section 2.5 it is stated that the policy limit on a property policy for watercraft is 1500 and the boat is valued at 5000 and that the most the insurance company would be required to pay is 5000. Might want to get that corrected

The only thing I had a problem with is, in the read-it-to-me audio some heteronyms (words that are spelled the same but pronounced differently and mean different things) are pronounced incorrectly for context. (such as the word object, being pronounced OB-ject, instead of ob-JECT)

On Question 18 of claims 101 Adjuster is spelled wrong. Great course.
One of the quiz questions does not have a correct answer. May 2nd to June 2nd is 31 days not 30. May has 31 days.

Your questions are ambiguous in many cases, not applicable to the operating practices of many prominent insurance companies, and at times unprofessional.

the search option on the test should be as easy to use as the CTRL F option , which allows you to cycle through the specific word you search , rather than scrolling through the document when i enter the word to the search bar provided by the test.
it is my opinion that although most adjusters may hold an All-Lines license the majority only handle one line of claims. Therefore, if there is anyway possible to gear the course content toward a specific line based on the intake information it would be helpful.
Some questions and answers are written inaccurately. An example is a question asking for 2 items/thing but the answer is essential listed as a single time/action. Leaving errors in information processing.
Most of the material was more for a new claims adjuster, not as relevant for somebody renewing their license. Much less time should have been spent on the material. I would have passed the exam without reading any of the material.
i just think the classes should be directed more to Work comp for work comp !

This course repeated the same information over and over again. That is not necessary - makes the course longer than it should be. There are a lot of spelling and grammar mistakes that I noticed. The first practice test repeated itself from the first Ethics course that I took - exactly the same. This course needs to be reviewed and made better. I was not happy with this course. Some of the questions are ridiculous as well.
The course was excellent and served its objective. Just to break the course up a bit, a video mught be helpful.

I have found that Web CE is an excellent tool to complete my CE requirements. Information is presented in easy to read and comprehend and keeps you engaged with relative examples.

I was impressed by the structure of the course and the go at your own pace system. However, some of the questions were poorly worded. There were numerous examples where the "question" didn't actually ask anything or the question being asked was unclear. There were also examples of questions were the answers didn't seem to make sense, were all correct, or were somewhat subjective.

During the course, the mini quiz questions were more difficult than was required for no reason. The questions at the end of the course were more meaningful and more accurately reflected my knowledge gained from the course.

This course was very informative and easy to follow, however it uses unfamiliar/uncommon words frequently throughout the content. I had to look up the word to understand the content (and I am usually very knowledgeable with that). In other words, they could break it down in more "layman terms for those that are not as versed in "big words that are not used regularly". Other, than that I got 100% so I clearly retained the information presented. :)

The moderator for the Read it to me Audio was very monotone with no inflection based on the material presented.
One of the main reasons I love this course is because I listen to the out loud course. It is very easy and convenient to follow along.
Easy to complete CE
I have been using WebCe for a long time, the subro class is frustrating to say the least... the way the questions are set up are not right....I bought a new class just to finish my credits. I never had a problem before. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience. See you next time.

There were some grammatical errors and odd language (or maybe odd pronunciation) in a couple sections.

There are some grammatical errors that caused me to re-read sections to try to understand what was meant.
I think there was a typo on a Chapter 6 test question: I think a. should be "Did the" [claimant's] vs. "insured's." 1. Jefferson is likely to pay a liability claim if three key questions are answered in the affirmative. Which of the following is not one of those key questions? a. Did the insured's damages result directly from the policyholder's actions? b. Does the insurance policy cover this loss? c. Has the policyholder presented a current copy of the policy? That’s correct! Key questions deal with coverage, liability, and damages. Insurers maintain policy information in their files and rarely require the policyholder making a claim to produce the policy. d. Is an insured legally responsible for the loss?
Like: The "Pop Quizzes" between chapters; the ability to sign in/out; the ability to use the reference material during testing; some of the questions' humor is engaging. Dislike: Some double negative questions are confusing; the test. Understand the need of application of the study material but can we just have some straightforward questions thrown in (e.g., definitions). Thanks!
The computerized voice sometimes pronounced words funny. Some of the sentences were so long and convoluted, there needs to be another sentence translate it into something understandable.

The added audio greatly improved the accuracy of time actually taken to complete the course to number of credits earned. Before that addition the courses were usually way too long for the hours earned. However, since the audio is not read by an actual human being. It is not as accurate or easily understood as it could be. I suggest having an actual reader instead of using automated devices. Thank you.

There were a lot of typographical errors, misspelled words, and words missing from the material. I would advise that someone who is very detail oriented proof-read the material.
There are typos in some of the questions which make it hard to follow. You have to read it several times to get a clear understanding.
Not have a final exam. Just have the 5 question quizzes at the end of each session. I feel like more and more people are finding alternative CE platforms that do not require exams.
more examples/scenarios to assist in explaining topics would be helpful. The few that were presented helped a lot.

The voice is a little too robotic, it was also a little hard to find which CE's qualify for each designation. If all qualify, that should be stated.
The material recognizes a great deal about all areas of the insurance industry which made it interesting to read and helpful in understanding.
The read out loud option was neat. The examples were very easy to understand.
I liked the overall presentation, the breakdown of material covered, the testing and the explanation of the results.

This was by far one of the BEST presentations I have ever done!! The material is presented clearly and the questions are straightforward with not complicated answers or trick questions. I love this author !! Please sign me up for all their courses !!!
Some of the wording of the questions and answers are unclear which could lead to an incorrect answer (example: the question that states that the adjuster asks Sue for medical records waiver and wage form. The answer was difficult to ascertain because the answer was not specific enough and could have been interpreted another way.)
The voice recording is lack lustre and boring.

The use of claim examples helped me to feel more comfortable with understanding what I was reading. As you know it is alot of reading and I think that using the examples helped me to stay focused as I could related the information to the claim example.

A few of the questions had answers which had more than one reasonably correct response and were not, in my 30 years of claims experience, technically incorrect. This was more prevalent in the review quizzes than the final exam, however.

I like the videos and this course did not have them. It was nice in the prior one that I could see the presenter. I think it held my attention better. Also, the presenter in the prior one shared things from her experience. She was not "dry". This course tended to have a "dry" flavor.
Great topics and in depth explanations.
I found several type-o's in the material or a few questions that the grammar wasn't clear in understanding what was being asked. For example question number 28 on this exam, who is Devon? The question starts of talking about a person's husband dying in an accident, then starts talking about Devon without identifying who Devon was. I think having someone else other than the creator of the questions, proof read these may uncover these nuances.
There are a lot of questions that have more than one correct answer. Most of them are clear what the intended answer is, but factually they are not completely accurate.
Courses indicated as "new" flagged upon purchase as "repeated" within the last 2 years (although they were new courses). Clarification surrounding available courses/applicable courses would be helpful.
Your program was easy to use and understand.

I really like the package deal which made it easier to decide on which courses to take. The audio portion was a bonus. I could listen and read which I feel really helped remember the material.

Wish WebCE was the contractor for FEMA's NFIP claim adjuster annual certification class. Their program lacks any educational objectives and is simply a mind numbing 6 hour ordeal that no attendee takes seriously.
Good relevant questions on the sample and final tests. Note: Question 16 on the final test listed the insured several times but then lists the claimant. I think this is a mistake but it was confusing.
Some sections are lengthy
I enjoyed the continuing education curriculum and both presenters were very effective.
The monotone computer generated voice could be marketed to insomniac's. Your missing a golden opportunity.

Please have a human do the audio reading instead of AI reader. The cadence and inflection of the AI is distracting and I have to go back to comprehend things sometimes. This causes the time used to complete the course to be inefficient and causes me to want a different CE course program. I liked the Ethics course with video human teachers much better, but at least human reader would work.

there was a problem in one of the scenarios that was presented in the last course I tool. they took a %500.00 deductible when they were not suppose to. the insured was under insured therefore the deductible should not have been taken.
