There is a lot I don't like about this course and the Realtor code of ethics that seem to be completely one sided against the realtor. Because of this, I believe the rules need overhauled and course redone. I could elaborate more but feel I would be talking to a tree.

When listening to each Article, there is an updated date provided at the end of which can be distracting when listening to the course. Not sure if it's necessary.

Some confusion regarding Articles and SOP in regard to new circumstances as result of the NAR lawsuit settlement. Might be helpful to flag information that may require additional explanation or may possible revisions and edits regarding new mandatory practices and procedures.

I like the presentation of the information but I don't like the robotic sound of some of the audio reading. Feedback along the way would be helpful. It is a LOT of information to take in with no way to hold on to it. Quiz explanation of answers would be helpful.

There was a section that talked about being encouraged to bring a complaint against a realtor. I never have, I know I can, but my answer was wrong because I said I hadn't been encouraged to bring a complaint. That was weird. There was another section that seemed wrong too, but I can't remember specifically which it was....

Mediation vs Arbitration

Benefits of Arbitration lists "Preservation of Relationships" yet I got that wrong on the test which said it was Mediation?

I prefer classroom or webinar settings that when finished with the class the final test is included and considered done. I don't like the final exams and the stress of passing with only one attempt at it.

Hearing the information as well as reading it helped me to remember it.

I consider myself to be proficient in the design of the pace. I have found that your lessons exceed 3 hrs more often than not. I believe there is some repetition in the lesson that slows the pace. If I were to take a similar class in a classroom environment, it would not exceed 3 hrs. Otherwise I enjoyed the experience.

Florida law uses the terms "customer" and "client" differently. In Florida, buyers and sellers are the "client" of the brokerage, and the "customer" of the agent. This is somewhat conflicting with the information in this class.
