Texas Legal Update II

Overview

In this mandatory four-hour course, licensees will learn about agency relationships and communication issues that could result in antitrust violations. They will also learn about disclosure forms such as the Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) form and the Consumer Protection Notice. The course then covers the basics of representing veterans and military service members by utilizing the VA loan program and the Texas Veteran Land Board Program. Finally, licensees will learn about the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) complaint process, exploring common complaints and how to prevent problems before they arise.
