The AI "instructor" mispronounces dozens of common words in this course. Does any human on your staff actually take theses courses to ensure the correct pornunciation is applied? Lead (paint) pronounced as lead(ership), or resent (resent the email) as resent (I resent that comment). There are scores of others...

The 4 CE course seem much longer and had longer practice questions (10-16 questions)

The course was informative and covered a lot of useful material. I especially appreciated the depth, but there was a bit too much focus on property management careers. More content on residential landlord best practices and investor-tenant relations would be more relevant for most, in my opinion. The format could be improved with videos or interactive elements to break up the text-heavy, audio-style delivery. It also took longer than the estimated four hours for me, and one early hyperlink didn’t work, but overall, a solid course!
I love that you can speed the audio portion while simultaneously reading. It really helps with the comprehension and keeps you from getting bored! I have used McKissock in the past and it is painstakingly SLOW and takes more time than the required time. I honestly will look into certifications with your software because of the efficiency! Thanks!

i was able to use the auto-read, what I did not like is that it did not automatically turn to the next page. I liked the option to mute the auto-read or use it as I read simultaneously.

It is not clear what authority the MLS has. Yes, understand authority of the State licensing division, and of the local "Board, and, for those who choose to join, the NAR. But this is the first that I have heard of the MLS having authority.
Typo in question 3 of quiz for Lesson 14. There were a couple other typos in quiz questions but I didn?t write them down. Supplied answers for quiz questions are often really ridiculous.

I feel like you could read through more slides at a time rather than just having 30 second intervals and then have to continue. Not that I minded to listen to it just having to continually hit the continue button after 27 and 40 seconds of talk time

Very thorough coverage of agency law and practice
Prior to taking this class I did contact customer service because I specifically needed a class for Legal Issues in Colorado. She went through the courses with me and recommended this class and I agreed. I would recommend that elective classes define what category they fi into to.
The print in the test your knowledge and other blocks, text was very small. Hard to read. I use my cell phone to study and it was difficult to enlarge properly. This is separate from the rest of the course where you can adjust the font size.

I always hated fair housing continuing education in the past through this company because it was more geared toward remembering dates the laws were enacted, which did not help apply the concept...this training was very much appreciated and more real world concept learning.

I had to call for help with a problem in the program and the lady was very helpful. Problem solved. (Glitch in program)
The course brought items to inhance lead generation options. concepts on teaching my agents what to do if not sure how to move forward.
Contenet was very accurate and easy to follow.

It's a full informative course that is very relevant.
I found the content informative. The law portion is repetitive but that is understandable. The portion on the different cultures was very interesting.

There is a typo in a quiz answer for Chapter 11. The word should be "wastes," however it is misspelled as "waster."
Since you asked.. Lengthy material, repetitive and also didn't care for the required quiz after each section. Those should be optional or count towards the final questions.

GREAT COURSE
I noticed several "typo's" in the course. Chapter 5 Exam question 10 answer "d" has 2 typo's. Chapter 12 questions 6 "d" and 7 "d" both have typo's.

I have consistently used WebCE for continuing education.
I would like to have seen specific laws, etc. that pertain to the state of NY. As this is a course for NY agents required to renew licenses. Including only federal laws is not sufficient. You advertise courses for states so you should include relevant information for that state. Also you reference NAR codes too often. NAR does not have any oversight of a real estate license. The state grants the license and oversees rules and laws pertaining to maintaining that license, not NAR. So it isn't appropriate in my view to reference NAR in a licensing course. Also, a licensee does not have to be a member of NAR or any other realtor board.

None of the links worked but where not necessary to successfully finish the course.
It is disappointing that I paid for a Florida licensee CE course and the information in the course was general in nature and stated within the course that it would not be practical to provide details of the individual state laws. That's exactly what I would expect from a good CE course. The course simply instructed me to learn about laws in my own state. This should be corrected and the relevant state laws and regulations should be included in the course.
Suggest improving the graphics containing text and drawings: they are too small and out-of-focus.

I love that course does not hold up a page until AI finishes reading the page, I am an auditory / visual learner and since these courses are somewhat repetitive, it allows me not to wait for the speaker to finish, if I am reading faster. LOVE IT!!!
My concerns are the lengthy questions and the short time it takes agents to answer them, as ESL is hard to read and respond fast. The questions should be shorter so they can be read fast and answered in timed exams.
I felt the course was far more in content and time to complete than other 4 credit courses. This course should be rated at 6 credit hours or have its content scaled back by a third.

Calling senior citizens "elderly" is discriminatory language in itself. Not enough New York State-centric information. Too much repetitive information. Diversity and fair housing info was repeated in several chapters and courses.
Multiple units in the class are not related to the main topic such as a class fully about types of loans which I see it as more financing issue not listing/ marketing/ valuating. It could have been reasonable if you just pass by it shortly but not in a deep detail in this course.

I have been taking these courses with you for years and I believe this was the best one yet. The test was not long and drawn out. I missed the PDF but oh well and I am glad no proctor was needed, I hated having ppl sit with me while testing. Lastly, I still feel like the chapters were to long but oh well!
I believe that some content is incorrect. for example, you only need one seller's signature to take the listing but all sellers signatures to sell the listed property.
