The loan assumption part.
The only thing I didn't care for ... was the elimination or lack of the discussion links to respond. I used this platform a couple of years ago, and remember them as quite helpful. In fact, I thought they were mandatory. They were not made available when going through any of the case studies.

I did not like the computer reader. A person would know to skip some words or acronyms instead of repeating them over and over. In addition, when doing the discussion questions, the course should return you to where you left off, not the beginning of the section.

Audio on VA loans is not synchronized. It starts with myths about VA loans and skips a few chapters and the repeats again when chapter is reached, there is another part when audio is not working on VA.
