The wording of the questions was sometimes confusing. For example, one question asked who had the PRIMARY responsibility of depositing client funds. The answer was the qualifying broker. I would think the buyer's agent collects the funds first (primary) and then it goes to escrow or the qualifying broker. The word primary to me changes the answer to the question. There were several confusing questions like this in my opinion. Some of the material felt too "wordy".

One suggestion I would make is this: Every course should have the full course material as PDF available to download. It is essential for study, follow along making notes and highlighting, and for review. The CE Shop has this.
