The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) has created a new rule, MSRB Rule G-46, which addresses the duties of solicitor municipal advisors. The new rule also amended MSRB Rule G-8, on books and records. This course will examine the new rule and the amendments to the books and records rules for municipal advisors.
