Airport Premises Liability and Other Related Issues
Developed exclusively for AIA, Airport Premises Liability and Other Related Issues provides an in-depth review and understanding of the airport premises liability policy as used by major aviation insurers and fixed base operators.  The airport premises liability policy basically follows the Owners, Landlords and Tenants (OL&T) and the Comprehensive General Liability (CGL) policies and includes coverage for other exposures unique to airports and FBOs such as products and completed operations, independent contractors’ liability, contractual liability, personal and advertising liability, and hangarkeepers’ liability.
