Overview

ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974) created certain fiduciary liability exposures for benefit plans governed by ERISA. This course describes the basic fiduciary duties set forth by ERISA, analyzes claim exposures that can arise from these duties, and provides a detailed look at specific provisions within fiduciary liability insurance policy forms that address these exposures.
