it only took 8 hours to complete the course following all the time for each unit. not sure why they say 12 hours

There is a typo on question 45. Instead of spelling Best b-e-s-t it is misspelled bet b-e-t.
the content in the exam was not featured/highlighted in the material
Many of the questions in the certificate exam were not in any of the chapter review questions. The chapter review questions were crystal clear and cycled back verbatim, so it was comfortable to study. The certificate exam questions, however, were often misleading and worded poorly and unclearly. They made taking the course and studying the course review questions practically pointless. But I did pass.

The 12 hour timeline was the hardest to complete as it took less time. But I understand that it was a requirement. Would have been nice to have more videos that would help complete the time requirement.
this was my first time using the online course material and I was pleasantly surprised. Very thorough, yet easy to retain.
i think the best part about this course was the exam practice tests that you can take and reveiw the answers
On the final exam there was a weird amount of health/life questions not applicable to Medicare material
Course questions are not worded in a way that I could understand what is being asked.

I really liked the read aloud feature. My brain works better that way. I don’t recall if it was available the last time I needed your services, but I loved it.
I found myself full of questions, questions that would have been answered if there were more examples of scenarios. And the content only takes a few hours to get through and then it's all about running down the clock. So why not fill that time with more engaging content - a more proportional combo of videos, slides and questions. The training was honestly boring and I got easily distracted.

I would have like it better if a pdf book to refer for the open book exam would have been available to me.
course is boring, a ton of questions in the exam were not in the material, and minimal video content...
-the sections should be spaced out more. There can be to much information on one topic which makes it harder to let it sink in. -more practice quizzes throughout the course

Videos, more visual video, pre recorded video of a classroom like video would help a lot! An actual person teaching on a board would of help explain much more!
