Can Real Estate CE courses be repeated?

Courses cannot be repeated more than once in a 2 year license term.

When does Real Estate CE have to be completed?

Every two years based on the original date of licensure

Can Real Estate CE course hours carry over to the next renewal cycle?

No excess CE credit hours may be carried over to the next license term.

What is the Arizona Real Estate license renewal process?

CE credits MUST be reported online at www.azre.gov using the Licensee Login. CE may be entered online at any time after successful completion, with no need to wait until the renewal time of a license or the end of a CE period. Enter one class or a number of classes at any one time. Enter CE for one CE period at a time; until the requirements of one period are met, entering credits for another period cannot be accepted. Up to nine (9) credit hours may be taken per day.

What are the WebCE Arizona Continuing Education course requirements?

  • WebCE courses are classified as distance education.
    Important Notice: No more than 9 hours of CE can be completed in a 24 hour period.
  • Students must read the course material and answer each set of end-of-chapter quizzes with a score of at least 80%. prior to taking a non-monitored final exam.
  • If end-of-chapter quizzes are not passed on the first attempt, students have an unlimited number of retakes.
  • Exam passing score: 80%
  • If the final exam is not passed on the first attempt, students have an unlimited number of retakes.

What is the access period for WebCE Arizona Continuing Education courses?

A student shall complete the distance learning course within twelve (12) months of the date of enrollment in the course.

How often does WebCE report Arizona Continuing Education course completions?

WebCE does not report course completions to the Department of Real Estate.

Does WebCE supply a certificate of completion for Arizona Continuing Education courses?

Online PDF certificates of completion are available to print immediately after the final exam is passed. The licensee must keep a copy of each certificate of completion in their file for 5 years and provide proof of completion upon the Department's request

What are the Arizona Real Estate CE requirements for non-residents?

Non-residents must complete the Arizona continuing education requirements. All pre-licensing and/or continuing education credit applicable to licensing renewals must be pre-approved with the Department to be accepted.
