Because working as an adjuster may requiring traveling to the impacted areas, licensing in several states may be required. Once you hold your FL 6-20 Resident Adjuster License or FL 70-20 Designated Home State Adjuster License, you can apply for and receive reciprocal adjuster licenses in over 25 states and territories without taking that states' adjuster exam or completing any required pre-license education. Non-residents can also claim Florida as their designated home state with a FL 70-20 license and take advantage of these same benefits.
