The Read-it-to-me audio was much needed this year because I am starting to have some memory and concentration issues from a medical condition. As a seasoned claim professional, I am knowledgeable and able to make educated guesses, but new information is difficult to retain.

As a property / causality public adjuster, I do not see the need for all the auto insurance questions. We do not perform in that arena.

Course was way too expansive for 6 hours credit.

We need more credits geared towards what we actually do. I am a WC adjuster and not a liability adjuster. We need specific courses per adjuster. Not all Adjusters are liability adjusters and NM seems to only geared towards liability and not WC.

Would be easier to understand the questions if they were more concise and to the point. Also would be easier to understand the questions if you kept the names of the people the same instead of naming the adjusters, insurances, and claimants all different names.

I found the course to be very difficult and I also found the course to use a lot of vocabulary that was unnecessary in order to educate on the material. Quite often more simplified terms could’ve been used.

I have been using WEBCE for about 10 years and it never disappoints me. All material and content is great.

This CE site is the only site I will use. My company pays for us employees to get our CE's if we use their specified site but I choose to still use WEBCE even if I have to pay out of my pocket.

There are a lot of questions where there are multiple answers that are correct. Just one is more correct than one answer and that can cause confusion.

The website is easy to navigate and the fact that you offer all the credits I need in one bundle to meet my resident state's requirements is why I will return as a customer each time I need to renew my license.

Lot of the material was redundant , showing in several chapters. Format needs to be revised so that topics are grouped appropriately. Practice questions need to reflect more of how to interpret real world processes to help understand what and how and why claim process help make the correct assessment and closing of a claim.

Wish the FEMA NFIP flood adjuster program used WebCE.

Wish WebCE became the official provider for the annual NFIP adjuster course. The current 6 hour seminar, the same format and content for the past 10 years, asks for no student participation nor any feedback to confirm that students actually learn something.

Some of the questions needs to be proof read. This is an insurance course and some of the ending questions on the exam read something like Anne Adjuster, instead of Adjuster Anne. Also, I still found some grammatical errors.

Some parts need to be broken up into smaller sections. Reading these can be quite long, and I think breaking them up would be better. It's a lot of information to digest.

Question 12 needs reworded and you should review the definition of a Henway on Google. Seems inappropriate due to the slang.

Great content. Doing cute and clever names in the test is distracting. Example using Abraham Lincoln's name to describe a guy named Abraham is driving a Lincoln. Or... The name Anne Adjuster (Adjuster as the last name) I had to re-read the question 10 times over because it was confusing and had nothing to do with the content. Simple "Bob Smith" and "Mary's" would be great.

This course as well as others I took to complete my 24 hours of CE have grammatical errors. I did not write them down but, it would be good for you to hire a proof reader before placing a course in service.

A lot of content seems to just be filling space. Explaining different regions of the country to describe how an organization may have geographical departments? And the final exam asking about coverage to a Henway? RIDICULOUS. A Henway is a joke; while humor is important, it should not be used to "stump" the reader. The lesson also used slang like "stump" that is to say stupefy the reader.

The audio version to the course was effective and helpful. Including the link to assist in reviewing the questions during the exams had been helpful. Adding a search engine would have been helpful but not needed.

I was a bit hesitant that this test satisfies my requirements as a Public Adjuster. Also, several typos in the exam!

Some of the final exam questions had funny multiple choice answers. It was obvious what the correct choice would be but it actually spurred me to read the question and answers a couple of times just to have a laugh. Genius.

This course was very helpful and interesting. The content applies to all types of claims, which made it relevant to me, as I work in marine claims (which was only 1% of the license training materials). The content put my role in perspective.

I disliked that there were no visuals throughout the course material. The entire course was just reading bullet points. I've used WEB CE for years. No issues EVER.

These courses appear to be designed the cheapest way possible, using a robotic voice with little-to-no inflection or pause for parentheses and other areas one would expect a brief pause. The content consists of blocks of text - nothing more. As a person who does not absorb information via lecture, I get the bare minimum from these courses.

The only issue I have is that the class is marketed as a three hour course, yet if you watch every second of the material you are still 45 minutes short of the three hours. Module time should correctly reflect the time the entire class is marketed as. Otherwise good stuff!

As a public adjuster although educational I found that the Pubic Adjuster CE in these courses cover Auto, Liability, and Workers Comp that are not within the scope of a Public Adjuster. The insurance company needs to have these CEs as most of their small claims adjusters have not been educated to this level. In doing so may give them more credibility. adjuster thaat settle a claim, shove in the mail and has lost that personal touch. The reason PAs havee a good repport with customers is that we still offer that personal touch.
