What are the Insurance Continuing Education requirements for Guam?
Producers & Adjusters
14 CE hours total, including:

When does Guam Insurance CE have to be completed?
The license term is every year starting on July 1st and ending on June 30th following year. Adjusters licenses renew every 2 years.
Can Insurance CE courses be repeated?
Courses can be repeated after 10 years of taking it.
Can Insurance CE course hours carry over to the next renewal cycle?
Excess CE hours can be applied to the succeeding years, but can only be applied for four years. Excess P&C, L/H or Ethics will count respectively as P&C, L/H or Ethics.
What is the Guam Insurance license renewal process?
Electronic renewals will be available 90 days prior to the expiration date
Continuing Education requirements must be met prior to submission of a renewal application every other license term.

What are the WebCE Guam Insurance CE course requirements?
WebCE courses are classified as online self-study courses.
Students should read through course material for each course before attempting a final exam.
Self-study exams are open-book and do not require a monitor.
Final exam passing score: 70%
If the final exam is not passed on the first attempt, students have an unlimited number of retakes.
How often does WebCE report Guam Insurance CE course completions?
Twice every business day to State Based Systems (SBS).
Does WebCE supply a certificate of completion for Guam Insurance CE courses?
Online PDF certificates of completion are available to print immediately after the course is completed. Licensees must keep a copy of each certificate of completion in his or her file for at least 3 years.
What are the Guam Insurance CE requirements for non-residents?
Non-resident producers who meet their home state CE requirements are exempt from Guam CE requirements.
Are there any CE exemptions?
The following are exempt from Guam CE requirements:
Insurance producer who is and over 65 years of age and has 25 years insurance experience.
Adjuster who is and over 55 years of age and has 25 years insurance experience.
